HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are free for purchases totaling more than $75 before tax. The cost of domestic shipping for items is a flat rate of $7 to the 48 contiguous states, $15 to Hawaii and Alaska. We do NOT currently ship to countries outside the United States. Customers may incur additional charges for separate consecutive purchases or heavy items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship orders every Wednesday and Saturday using USPS Priority Mail. It will typically take 5-7 business days (M-F) for orders to be delivered.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
Absolutely! Just be sure to select the “Pick Up In Store” shipping option when checking out.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New Items that are in the same condition as when shipped including tags and packaging. Our return policy extends 30 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shippings costs. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, Custom, and Pre-Release). All purchases of special items and are FINAL SALE.
TO COMPLETE A RETURN:
• Fill out and tear off the bottom half of your invoice (the top is to keep for your records).
• Place all unused items along with any packaging or tags along with the return slip in a box and mail to 208 Independence St. Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
• We highly recommend using postage that requires a signature, provides tracking or receipt of delivery as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
